I went to the opening of Heme last night. I really think the bouncer let me in for amusements sake. I certainly wasn't dressed for the occasion. I was fortunate in many ways. I have managed to find myself a vampire willing to give me information for my book. Saoirse, a vampire of the House of Azrael, has agreed to allow me to interview her. I am very excited to what insight she can give me on the entire race as a whole and her house specifically.
I agreed to donate some of my blood to her in thanks. Apparently my combibation of witch blood, (which has the affect of one getting high), and my fae blood, (which allows a vampire to walk in the sun), is very desireable. I hope to be able to negotionate such terms with vampires of other houses, though I fear I must tread lightly. From what I have gathered, not all vampires are as agreeable and teir habits are more...violent. Though I have braved many things in the pursuit of knowledge and this time will be no different.
In not so good news, after purchasing that spell book, I have placed myself in a financial position forcing me to find a roommate of some sort. I do not think it will be too difficult to find someone willing to house a quiet librarian with a decent salary.
It is late and I still have to recopy my notes into my computer. Looks like I will be getting to bed very late once again.
